Mission, TX - Palmview High School proudly celebrated a major milestone in the lives of two outstanding student-athletes; seniors Yailyn Treviño and Alynna Gonzalez officially signed their collegiate letters of intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at Arlington Baptist University.

Surrounded by family, teammates, coaches, teachers, and supporters, the signing ceremony marked the culmination of years of dedication, sacrifice, perseverance, and passion for the game of softball. The moment was not only a celebration of athletic excellence, but also a reflection of the determination and character both student-athletes demonstrated throughout their high school careers.

Treviño, a standout second baseman for the Palmview Lady Lobos, reflected emotionally on the journey that led her to this achievement.

“I am so grateful to God for this opportunity,” said Treviño. “Softball has been such a big part of my life and has shaped me into the person I am today. There were times when it got hard and I didn’t know if it was worth it, but looking back now, I realize every challenge prepared me for this moment.”
